GIFFELS-WEBSTER EXTENDS OWNERSHIP TO SEVEN ASSOCIATES
Giffels-Webster Engineers, Inc., the premier civil engineering and surveying firm in Southeast Michigan, has named seven senior project managers as associates in the company. The associates now join the existing principals as part owners of Giffels-Webster and take on increased responsibilities with the administration and future planning of the company.
“We’re expanding the ownership of the company primarily to recognize key staff members for their contributions and leadership. At the same time, we’re looking ahead and making moves to ensure the long-term success of the company,” said Giffels-Webster President Keith Mayer. “The seven individuals named are exemplary team members. Clients work with us because of them, and they have exhibited the commitment, capacity, and desire to be owners.”
The newly named associates of Giffels-Webster Engineers, Inc. and their respective areas of expertise:
- Scott Clein, PE – urban redevelopment; road design and construction; municipal infrastructure and rehabilitation
- Jay James, PE – municipal engineering and public works
- Eric Lord, PE – transportation/municipal engineering; feasibility studies; commercial and residential developments
- Paul Modi, PE – urban redevelopment; infrastructure and rehabilitation; greenfield sites; residential developments
- Michael Polmear – mixed-use, residential, and commercial development
- Scott Ringler, PE – municipal engineering; infrastructure rehabilitation; road design and construction
- Jim Sharpe, PE, PS – municipal engineering; commercial/institutional site design
