Designed with your community in mind, the Giffels Webster Toolkit consists of three proprietary tools: Clearzoning®, NextSteps for Downtown®, and Picture This!™.
Clearzoning is an industry-leading tool for developing clear and user friendly zoning ordinances, while NextSteps for Downtown is an interactive toolkit for assessing and invigorating downtown vitality. PictureThis! is a crowdsourced online tool that enables residents and other interested stakeholders to provide meaningful input into the planning process by uploading photos and comments linked to specific locations in the community.
