The Sterling Center Apartments project transformed an overdeveloped former commercial parking lot into a vibrant residential complex, revitalizing the Sterling Heights area and enriching the atmosphere of the M-59 Golden Corridor Developed by the Gallo Companies, a local family-owned and operated development, construction, and property management company, the 129-unit multifamily complex stands as a testament to innovative design and community-focused development.
Giffels Webster played an integral part in every step of the project from the conceptual design to final construction. Their contributions included conceptual design, PUD site planning, parcel reconfiguration, topographic and boundary surveys, civil construction drawings, easement preparation, construction layout and final as-built surveys. Notably, Giffels Webster’s innovative site design maximized the site’s potential while creating ample recreational space for the apartment community’s enjoyment.
